A good nurse’s aide is compassionate. People know when you are genuine with them while showing that you care. They derive a sense of security and peace of mind through your display of compassion.

Optimism is the basic trait of a good nurse’s aide, and it becomes contagious. By making people feel good while on the job you and they are happier.

Another essential characteristic of an aide is performing the duties of the job responsibly and in the correct manner. They must also be on time with everything they do. It’s not acceptable to waste time or attempt to do only the least amount of work.
